Scheduling
DRS has a well-deserved reputation for submitting quality quality schedules. Utilizing the Government approved Oracle Primavera EPPM Software for all types of schedules.
Scheduling experience includes New Construction, Renovations, Oil & Gas, Airfield Construction, Fencing, Environmental Cleanup, and Emergency Restorations from Hurricanes.
Scheduling services include proposal submission, establishing a baseline and managing the project's performance. Additional services, such as developing fragnet schedules, Time Impact and Forensic Analysis are also available.
Cost Management
DRS can provide accurate and timely cost management for the entire lifecycle of the project.
Establishing WBS and budgets, verifying and tracking cost incurred and invoice processing.
Cost analysis and risk assessment services and reporting is also available.
Contracts
